Incorporated on 14 May 2021, PRL Developers was founded with a clear ambition — to develop property the right way. We are a privately owned developer delivering residential, commercial and mixed-use schemes across Norfolk and the East of England.
What hasn't changed is our independence. As a privately owned company we answer to our principles, our partners and the communities we build in — never to short-term pressure. That freedom lets us invest in quality others won't.
